These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DecorAI AI Home Design App and the DecorAI website (together, the “Services”), provided by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Services

DecorAI lets you upload room photos and generate AI-based interior design concepts and before-and-after room makeovers. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your local law) to use the Services, and you agree to use them only for lawful purposes.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and prompts you upload. You grant us and our AI providers a limited license to process this content solely to generate and deliver your results and to operate the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any image you submit.

AI-Generated Results and No Guarantees

Designs produced by DecorAI are AI-generated visual inspiration and early-stage planning support. They are not construction documents and may not reflect exact measurements, product availability, materials, or guarantees of fit. For structural renovation, exact measurements, technical drawings, electrical work, plumbing, permits, or construction, you should consult qualified professionals.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase, processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our payment providers such as RevenueCat. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account, and store policies govern refunds.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to reverse engineer the Services, interfering with their operation, or using them to generate harmful, deceptive, or infringing material.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including the DecorAI name, software, and design, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

Third-Party Services

The Services integrate third-party providers, including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, and Fal.ai. Your use of features powered by these providers may also be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated designs.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
